- Exchange or return within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the original invoice is present and the product is in its original condition and all its contents
- In the case of a return, if it is shipped free of charge to the customer, the shipping costs will be deducted from the customer
- The customer has the right to replace or return the product within 30 days in the event of a manufacturing defect in the product, provided that there is a report on this from the company’s technician
